We will incorporate the healing energies of warming spices, grounding root vegetables and new season citrus into a delicious Autumn menu to share in the Harvest Kitchen's long table.
Take home the tastes, recipes, inspiration and a Harvest Kitchen starter pack to help you bring a little more Hygge to your life.
Yoga will be with me, you will be led through a slow yoga cosy flow complete with cosy blankets, mats and a fireplace.

Cooking, forgotten skills and sustainable living classes.
This once old machinery shed has been given the Bill McNamara makeover and transformed into a large, light, inviting space overlooking a beautiful country garden of flowers, fruit trees and vegetable beds. The kitchen will be the venue for weekly classes where Mary McCarthy will present a range of topics with a particular emphasis on seasonal eating, food for health and vitality and “ The One Ingredient Pantry “ – a series of back to basics classes that teaches you how to easily make many of those grocery staples; yoghurt, ice cream, biscuits, bread, farmhouse cheese, curry paste, cordial, sauces and condiments. ( so that you know exactly what is in the food that you feed your family and friends ! )
The kitchen will also be a venue for demonstrations and talks by other experts in the fields of organic gardening, sustainable building practices, healthy living and organic body care and regular classes in the forgotten skill of soap making.
